When you fill out our request form, we collect what you provide: your name, contact details (email, phone, LINE, or WhatsApp), the type of care you’re interested in, your budget, timeframe, and any other details you choose to share.
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a personalized quote, and coordinate your care and travel if you choose to move forward with us. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your information is reviewed by our team. If you proceed with a booking, relevant details may be shared with the specific hospitals, clinics, or vendors involved in arranging your care and stay — only as needed to serve your request.
We retain your information as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting info@thailandfamilyhealth.com.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical records through the request form — we’ll arrange a secure method with you directly if needed.
